In conjunction with other selected investors, we can invest in:

  • Non-qualified stakes in the equity of listed and unlisted Italian companies (from 5% to 15% of share capital).
  • Short- and medium-long term debt financial instruments (MiniBonds and Commercial Paper).
Our private investment activity is based on three simple principles: entrepreneurs, alignment of interests and direct transactions.
